Pre Sale Questions
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and we believe that we do it better than our competitors. Try our products for a full 90 days. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right. Here's what you do. Get a return authorization (RMA) from us by emailing questions@guardianself-defense.com. In the email describe the issue or problem, include your order number and let us know if you want the product fixed, replaced or if you would prefer a refund. Many of the products sold by Guardian self-defense have manufacturers' warranties of varying lengths. If you have a problem with the product that was purchased more than 90 days ago, please contact us for repair, replacement or refund of those items.
Yes you can, but only in checked luggage. On the list of TSA Prohibited Items "One 4 ounce (118ml) container of mace or pepper spray is permitted in checked baggage provided it is equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent accidental discharge." Any pepper spray with more than 2% concentration of CN or CS tear gas is prohibited.
We accept PayPal as a payment method but their Acceptable Use Policy prohibits certain self-defense weapons including steel batons, pen knives and kubotons. If your order includes any of those items you may not use PayPal as a payment alternative. We apologize for any inconvenience.
