By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following:

Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Guardian Self Defense & Security Products, any entity created by it, its respective affiliates, its respective directors, officers, employees, owners, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of the use of any of the products, information, processes, by the Buyer in reference to any claim however caused and on any theory of liability or tort (including negligence).

8. Also by placing an order, you agree that Guardian Self Defense & Security Products and anyone affiliated with it in anyway has no control over the use of any product ordered. The buyer also agrees that, under no circumstances will you hold Guardian Self Defense & Security Products or the manufacturer liable for any loss, including any circumstances arising out of the use or misuse of these products. Guardian Self Defense & Security Products assumes no liability for the products or services it represents.

9. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND NOT GUARDIAN SELF DEFENSE & SECURITY PRODUCTS TO ASCERTAIN AND OBEY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS IN REGARD TO THE POSSESSION AND USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. ABSOLUTELY NO SALES TO MINORS. BY PLACING AN ORDER, THE BUYER REPRESENTS THAT ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED WILL BE USED IN A LAWFUL MANNER AND THAT HE/SHE IS OF LEGAL AGE.

Since no product is 100% effective against attack, Guardian Self Defense & Security Products, or its owners or officers assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment, or death. By placing an order, you release Guardian Self Defense & Security Products  of any liability regarding your actions concerning the sale, use, ownership, and shipping of any products purchased. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability
