The buyer also agrees that, under no circumstances will you hold Guardian Self Defense & Security Products or the manufacturer liable for any loss, including any circumstances arising out of the use or misuse of these products. Guardian Self Defense & Security Products assumes no liability for the products or services it represents.
8. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND NOT GUARDIAN SELF DEFENSE & SECURITY PRODUCTS TO ASCERTAIN AND OBEY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS IN REGARD TO THE POSSESSION AND USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. ABSOLUTELY NO SALES TO MINORS. BY PLACING AN ORDER, THE BUYER REPRESENTS THAT ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED WILL BE USED IN A LAWFUL MANNER AND THAT HE/SHE IS OF LEGAL AGE.
9. By placing an order, you release Guardian Self Defense & Security Products of any liability regarding your actions concerning the sale, use,  ownership, and shipping of any products purchased. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability.
